Friday, February 24th, 6 PM. It is winter in the Costa das Ondas, but gradually the days begin to be longer.
In Doniños the wind blows with nice intensity and direction NE. The forecasts indicate a swell close to 1.5 mts. There are waves.
Several surfers, mostly locals, enjoy a good session and give us nice snapshots of surf, bodyboard and paddle surf.

On 20th February , 2017, in the Old Hospice of Ferrol, the website Costa das Ondas is presented within the promotional actions of the tourist destination Ferrolterra-Rías Altas.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Ferrol and President of the Mancomunidade de Concellos de la Comarca de Ferrol, the president of the Diputación Provincial de A Coruña and the Director of the Tourism Agency of Galicia (Xunta de Galicia), in addition to several local tour operators.
